수원추나요법 업계의 모든 사람이 사용해야하는 5가지 도구
몸이 아플 때마다 어느 병원을 방문해야할지 걱정인 경우가 많다. 대학병원, 동네병원, 한의원 등 수많은 곳에서 요법를 해주기 때문이다. 사람의 몸을 처방해주는 곳에는 의료법이 존재하는데 이 의료법을 따르지 않는 한방병원이 다수인 것으로 드러났다.
한의원 입원실에 간호사가 얼마 보이지 않을 때가 있다. 한방병원이 고정되지 않은 수의 간호사를 고용하지 않는 것은 의료법을 지키지 않고 있다는 것을 의미한다. 국내 한방병원과 한의원이 병실 간호사를 규정에 맞게 잘 채용하고 있는지 검사해봤다.
한의원과 한방병원에서 현재 쓰이고 있는 의료법을 무시하는다는 의혹이 제기됐다. 의료법 실시규칙의 말을 빌리면 한의사 병원과 한의원 병실은 간호사 1명당 환자 5명을 돌봐야 한다. 하지만 서울 시내 한의사 병원 10곳 중 7곳이 적정 간호사 수를 채우지 못하고 있다.
건강보험심사평가원(심평원)의 말을 인용하면 서울 시내 한방병원 66곳 중 19곳을 외에는 모두 간호등급이 7등급이다. 간호등급은 간호사 1명이 관리하는 병상 수에 따른 등급을 가르킨다. 7등급이면 간호사 1명당 6개 이상의 병상을 본다는 뜻이다.
입원실 운영 한의원의 경우 심평원에 신고하지 않아 전혀 관련 데이터가 없는 상태이다. 업계의 말을 빌리면 한의원 대부분이 간호사를 고용하지 않거나 1~2명만 고용 중인 것으로 알려졌다.
관리 및 행정 처분 역시 정석대로 이뤄지지 않고 있다. 간호사 구인난이 면책사항이 되기 때문이다. 의료법 시행규칙 수원추나요법 38조 1항의 말에 따르면 인력 수급상 필요할 때 간호사 또는 치과위생사 정원의 일부를 간호조무사로 채워넣을 수 있다. 문제는 충당 인원이 ‘일부’ 수준이 안된다는 점이다.
간호사들이 한방병원이나 한의사 병원으로 가지 않는 원인에는 여러 가지가 있다. 실제로 이달 취업 및 http://query.nytimes.com/search/sitesearch/?action=click&conten... 구인 포털 잡플래닛의 대전광역시 모 한의원의 간호사 구인공고에 따르면 주 6일 근무에 월급은 190만원에 불과했다. 일반 병원도 노동 강도가 세서 꺼리는 마당에 더 열악하게 대우하는 한방병원으로 갈 필요가 없다.
간호사가 한의원이나 한의원을 기피하는 색다른 이유는 이직의 어려움이다. 한의원에 입사한 간호사의 경우에는 종합병원이나 대학병원 등으로 이직하기 어렵다. 업무 분야가 1부터 10까지 전부 다르다.
