This fact may mean cleaning up after ourselves. It may mean explaining to the customer how their new equipment works. It may mean recommending a service contract. It may mean that perhaps a different gadget or some additional piece of equipment may need to be installed that will dramatically improve the operational efficiency of their heating and air chapel hill unit. Doing that may increase our revenue but we need to present these options to our customers from their perspective.
Heating and air chapel hill is about meeting the needs of our customers, and one way to do that would be to have a better handle on the way that our administrative staff records the customers information back at the office. How can we do this without the right software? The short answer is that we can't.
