You call and hire a home care agency who will evaluate the specific needs of the elderly person(s) in question and send out the proper care givers.

Home Heathcare is not covered by insurance. You can exspect to pay the agency $25 or more per hour for a simple HHA or more for. a CNA or nurse with a minimum of 4 hours per day. Services usually start at 3 days a week.
