I’ve been working here for 10 years now, and I feel that this company is a part of me, I started as a field sales executive and I have made my way through the ranks to become the Marketing Head, traditionally the company has generated business through a chain of Offline stores, and field executives have been employed to reach re-sellers and generate bulk deals.  

A year ago, we decided to focus our efforts on retail, we launched an eCommerce website with a lot of fanfare, and since the launch sales have been steady but the conversion rate on the website has been low which is a matter of concern for me, I started researching a lot on this topic to solve this problem and that is when I discovered live video shopping, I saw how it has become a big success in China and how it is being considered as the next big thing in the retail space.

Today live selling is our best-performing feature, we do 4 live shows a month, and we have also integrated short videos on our website, conversions on the website have started going up and so have the sales.
