2015's Star Wars: The Force Awakens introduced an all-new bad guy, Supreme Leader Snoke, a CG character played by Andy Serkis. There was obviously a certain a higher level mystery and intrigue all around the character, so some fans were upset in The Last Jedi when Rey and Kylo killed him. Does he employ a backstory? What is it? We never got those answers from The Last Jedi.Now, Serkis is talking more regarding SWTOR Credits the character, sharing some intriguing details inside a new interview with Entertainment Weekly. He said Lucasfilm was intentionally mysterious with Snoke, adding he had conversations with The Force Awakens director JJ Abrams and The Last Jedi director Rian Johnson about backstories for Snoke that explain where he got their start in. While fans can be happy to learn that Snoke does indeed use a backstory, the cruel news is always that we'll must wait quite some time to discover more, when we ever do."I've been inspired to not shed anything, should we need to bring him back in every way whether [in the] prequel or whatever," Serkis said.
