It may seem a little old-fashioned, but we put containers of water around the apartment and it helps us. I don't know if it's time to move on to buying a humidifier, but I haven't gotten around to it yet.

The method is really old-fashioned, now they have invented humidifiers. But before you buy one, you should understand the subject and learn how to choose one. And you have to know how to use them properly, because too humid air is also bad. I would advise you to read a lot of information about this topic, for example on homeairquality.org. I often go there myself for advice in this area.
