So interesting, thank you! Do you know how to break chatbot? When businesses create chatbots, they want them to be as helpful as possible for the people who use them. However, some of them can't answer all the questions. A 'bot break' occurs when a chatbot or virtual assistant is not trained to respond to a particular user input.
