Hello friends! As I speak to you, my head is in the clouds! Indeed, I am on the plane bound for Turkey for what will undoubtedly be the longest and most adventurous trip of my life. Coffee and walnut cake

If you read my articles regularly, you should know that I am not a big coffee lover, but the coffee and walnut cake is to my surprise a dessert that I love, like many of my compatriots! Much of this is thanks to the sweet icing which perfectly balances the bitter taste of the coffee. You can enjoy this cake with a good dose of cream or plain and I advise you to serve yourself a portion decorated with nuts.
