Remodeling the Home of the Founders Parkway
One of Las Vegas' most loved spots is the Founders Parkway. Located in between Southwestern Las Vegas and the Paris Las Vegas Boulevard, it's a quick drive to the famous Las Vegas Strip. The stunning scenery that is found there is not exclusive to the Strip. Beautiful landscaping can be found along the Parkway like an asphalted walkway that has wooden planks leading to Castle Rock.
The Founders Parkway's pavement design is unique because it looks like other similar public works in Las Vegas. A stone bench is located near the entrance of this parkway between two stone columns. The bench, however, is rectangular in design rather than a traditional round shape as other parksways located in Las Vegas. Around the perimeter of the stone bench the concrete has been used in various interesting designs. In total, the concrete patio has six different designs of concrete.
Concrete tabs are two concrete pavers used in this layout. They have an identical design to the Las Vegas concrete patio. The concrete that is used to design the Castle Rock section of the pavement is colored to make it blend in with the surrounding environment. However it is subtle enough so that the concrete does not over-power the natural beauty in the surrounding area.
The remaining three concrete sections in the design are made of large rocks. To make them stand out from concrete each of the big rock shapes have been colored. This section of concrete is colored red to differentiate it from other concrete segments around the parkway. There are 11 colors for the concrete designs of this project. The Parkway seems like a separate environment than other developments because the architects used a myriad of colors.
The replacement of concrete ramps and concrete sidewalks at base level with granite pavement was another major improvement in the construction of Castle Rock's section of the Las Vegas Strip. The granite pavers come with a distinctive colour scheme that blends seamlessly with the surroundings. Granite pavers are more attractive than other pavers. They are also more comfortable to walk on and also give your driveway a more comfortable feel during rain.
A different design element of the Las Vegas Strip comes in the form of an enclosed walkway. The walkway covered is designed to help residents avoid walking on the exposed roots of the tree lined beach. This design also helps prevent erosion because rainwater can drain into the sea. The use of concrete sealants is not necessary since the concrete walkway is already in the ground. Instead, the pavers are covered with a special waterproof fabric which is slip-resistant and heat-resistant.
Castle Rock offers a great climate for living. The climate is semitropical with warm summers and mild winters. Since the soil is sandy it is the ideal spot for the growth of plants. The plant species include desert flowers, desert grasses to shrubs and evergreens. The land also is sloped towards the southern part of the Strip which creates cooler conditions for houses in this area of the city.
Residents can enjoy a beautiful panorama of the Strip from the stone picnic area in the eastern part of the. You can take a break from the hum and bustle of the floor by reclining on the stone bench. It is both practical and visually appealing because of its stone-built construction. The stones will bring the outside to life whenever you relax on the deck and eat lunch.
