​In today’s society, stress and change are always seen as the same. Stress is a physiological and psychological response to situations that consider the body and mind to be extremely stressful. We often think about how we will manage stress. There are many ways to manage people’s stress and reduce overall stress in daily activities. Thanks to the fast pace of work and home, constantly flooded with technology and we still have time to connect with the people around us, Academically Thriving our lives can sometimes be overwhelming and stressful. Control your life with these five tips to reduce stress:
1. Use guided meditation.

Guided meditation is a great way to get rid of the stress of everyday life. There are many meditation guides available on the Internet to help you find 5 minutes of central relaxation.

2. Practice deep breathing.

Deep breathing is a great way to reduce the activation of your sympathetic nervous system, which controls the body’s response to a perceived threat.
