袋裝的螺螄粉你都是怎麼煮的?一個小妙招,讓袋裝螺螄粉更好吃

隨著螺螄粉越來越出名,成了現在很多人都喜歡吃的美食。

也是因此,螺螄粉衍生出了許多不同品牌的袋裝螺絲粉,雖說每一袋螺螄的包裝上,也介紹了裝螺螄粉該怎麼去煮,但煮出來的螺螄粉,米粉的中心還是硬的。甚至有些煮出來還不入味,或是米漿的味道掩蓋住了螺螄粉湯底的鮮美。

今天分享一個小妙招,讓大家煮出來的袋裝螺螄粉,爽滑鮮美。乾貨滿滿,建議收藏哦。



首先,在煮袋裝螺螄粉前,應該先把裡面的螺螄粉單獨拿出來,提前用60攝氏度的溫水,泡它2個小時,覺得時間太久的,可以用100攝氏度的沸水燙泡它30分鐘(妥妥小妙招)。

經過泡發後的米粉,如同注入了活力,變得Q彈爽滑起來,也更容易入味了。

第二,一般袋裝的湯料包是剛好夠用的,所以在起鍋燒水時,水不能加多了,這樣才能保證湯味純正。一般加水的量,可以參考螺螄粉包裝袋上的量。

把水加入鍋里燒開,再把湯料包、酸筍包加入進去,轉小火重新把水燒開,在這中間可以去洗一洗青菜,可以是油麻菜、菜花、白菜、生菜,等青菜洗好,螺螄粉湯也散發出香味了。

之後的第三步,把泡著的米粉撈出,過一遍清水,瀝干放入沸騰的湯里,重新等湯沸騰,沸騰後,可以把青菜加入進去,煮至米粉可以被筷子夾斷就可以了。這時候可以關火,加入腐竹包、花生包、蘿蔔乾等小菜包,翻拌一下,加入適量的紅油與酸醋,一碗美味的螺獅粉就做好啦!

酸辣開胃的螺螄粉,搭配冰鎮豆奶更好吃哦。
