The wedding couple is the festival manager Katt and doctor Jamie, who wed on 5 May 2018 at the DIY venue, Crieff, Scotland. The day was inspired by the Scottish nature and scenery all around the venue, along with a desire to produce a laid-back and relaxed atmosphere for his or her guests.

Katt asked the designer to produce a bespoke gown for her. With simple lines in heavy, sand-washed silk edged with lace, it feels luxe yet laid-back. For the outdoor ceremony, the bride-to-be wore a loose-fitting jacket of heavy lace, inspired by her favorite leather jacket.

"Susie designed the gown completely for me from sketching it on the coffee to fitting me in it on my wedding morning. She made an ideal dress that helped me feel comfortable, confident, and completely myself. I loved every minute of putting it on."

FeelTimes designed the flower girls' pretty white dresses whilst the page boys wore mini-kilts. I'm this type of fan of bridesmaids in white, and the bride-to-be found an ideal mini dress that complimented her very own. Both Katt and her bridesmaids wore bracelets from Kate Spade because of the final touch.

"We met via a friend, who were built with a spare ticket to six Music Festival in Newcastle. We took the train down together from Edinburgh and instantly hit them back. We moved in together after six months and also got engaged after 2 yrs."

The day was fine and dry, therefore the couple's ceremony and tartan-tying could take place outdoors within the venue's courtyard. The furniture was easy and rustic with wooden pallet signage and, using its decoration of fairy lights and garlands of foliage, it has this type of magical feel.



"We wanted plenty of greenery and also the 'outside in' at our wedding. Lisa took note of us as people along with a couple over coffee and took it after that. She transformed the area."

The groom also wore a bespoke outfit, a handmade kilt and tweed jacket made for your day in Edinburgh having a gorgeous pop of color from his kingfisher blue tie.

For a very sociable party, the marriage breakfast was served on long trestle tables within the barn. It looks gorgeous simply dressed with plenty of hanging greenery, pretty pots of plants, and scented candles.

"We had long banquet tables with sharing food and wine so everyone reached know one another. It was amazing taking a look at a room of 200 of my favorite people all getting to know one another. It was very noisy and filled with laughter!"

The show-stopping wedding cake is made by Jamie’s mum – three tiers of chocolate Guinness cake, lemon drizzle, and carrot cake layers.

The evening entertainment would be a traditional ceilidh by followed a silent disco.

"We did a conventional dance, 'Strip The Willow', with this friend and bridal/groom party."
