Convenience: It enables in-house customers to perform activities like bookings, payments, announcements, etc., anytime and anywhere. It also provides 24/7 customer support for any grievances. It does not charge any subscription fee for the members to access it. It facilitates making payments, billing, donations, etc., for customers. Similarly, the organisation providing services can easily access reports, contributions, and customer information.

Versatile: The app is easily accessible on all software platforms, including iOS and Android handsets. It comes with an integrated payment gateway.
