01鹹蛋黃焗南瓜



  食材:



  南瓜,鹹蛋黃。



  步驟:



  1.南瓜洗凈,去皮,掏空裏面的瓤和籽,再切成寬度一厘米左右的長條狀。



  2.鍋內燒開水,倒進南瓜條煮2分鐘,南瓜稍軟後盛出備用。



  3.取3個鹹蛋黃放在碗中,用勺子按壓按壓,搗爛變成泥狀。



  4.接著就可以開火,燒熱鍋,倒入少許油,放入泥狀的蛋黃。



  5.稍微翻炒一下,等蛋黃燒出泡沫就可以倒入南瓜條。



  快快翻炒南瓜,盡量讓每一條南瓜都沾上蛋黃泥,最後適量加點鹽,就可以出鍋了~
