When I first began seeing a therapist, one of the first things I heard about was self-care. I thought showing up at my therapist’s office twice per week was enough, and I could not have been more wrong. The activities we participate in the remainder of the week to support our physical, mental, and emotional wellness are the essence of self-care. Life Skills for Youth
