If you’re just starting out with meditation, it can take some time for your brain and body to get into a relaxed state, so try practicing in short increments and making it part of your routine until it becomes automatic.

However, studies have shown that clutter can actually raise stress levels in a work environment. In order to create an organized and stress-free work environment, re-arrange your office space so you don’t get overwhelmed by all that clutter. 7) Learn a new skill
