How exactly to Spot Phony Chinese Gold Panda Coins on eBay

Most countries have strict rules against making or selling counterfeit goods. Other countries could care less. The funny thing is; most countries make counterfeit goods illegal to market, but it's okay to own it in your possession in small quantity. I don't think I'll ever understand federal laws, I just obey them.General principle, if your country has federal laws, odds are it is VERY ILLEGAL to produce or sell counterfeit/fake goods of any kind. If you're country does not need a federal laws, odds are your country could care less in the event that you make or sell counterfeit or fake goods.

But you will find ways around it also. If it is a look-a-like without the organization logo or name is is not considered a fake or counterfeit. You can sell this legally as long as you don't promote it since the brand in question. But, if that has either the organization brand logo or name on it anywhere it is known as a fake/counterfeit and it is VERY ILLEGAL to get or sell. "If it has got the brand or logo about it, it doesn't even need to resemble the item to be illegal to sell scannable fake id;.

Counterfeiting a brandname name is just a major federal crime. Trademark and copyright infringement are a huge problem in the USA right now and will come with jail time and/or big fines. You can find over one hundred thousand counterfeiting rings that have been busted last year. Some people say you are okay in the event that you don't advertise the brand name. That is only okay if your product doesn't have a business name or logo onto it anywhere. Look-a-likes without having a company name or logo are tolerated if they're not advertised as the manufacturer product.

Look-a-like items are things that look like a brandname name item without any company name or logo on it. You could have noticed some people who sell look-a-like items and they advertise it as "Compare to Oakley" or "The same as Oakley" ;.Although it looks the exact same, it's not illegal to offer since it doesn't have a logo or manufacturer on it and they're not promoting it as a brandname name product. Federal laws have really weird rules. I don't begin to see the difference, but apparently they do.
