Do not be distracted by duels with other players and battles with players of the enemy faction. Personally, at the moment of the buildup, if I see a player of the enemy faction of any level, but at the same time I have no desire to spend too much time on the battle with him, I just do not pay attention to him. Within reason, of course.

It is still worth keeping in sight of him, at least so that the attack on his part is not too sudden for you.

Don't go to instances much lower than your level. This can be done later. Passing any dungeon is a big waste of time and at the moment of fast pumping, during this time you can get a lot of experience on ordinary quests.
