How to maintain feed pellet machine in summer ?

As the weather gets hotter and hotter in summer, many farmers prefer to feed pellets. It with balance nutrition and good palatability, animals are not picky eaters, second, it is not as easy to mold and deteriorate as powders and is storage-resistant. Farmers also know that working at high temperatures has a great impact on the efficiency of the feed pellet machine. What should be paid attention to when using pellet feed machine in a high temperature environment?

1. Pay attention to the working temperature of the feed pellet mill. During the pelletizing process, the internal temperature of the pellet machine will increase due to the extrusion effect, which is convenient for the maturation of the material. However, the high temperature inside and outside will prevent the machine from dissipating in summer, resulting in excessive body temperature. In addition, the lubricating butter in the machine will shorten the service life due to long-term high temperature, and the machine is prone to sudden shutdown. Therefore, pay attention to observe the working temperature of the machine in the hot summer. Once the machine temperature is too high, it should be shut down and trimmed before granulating.

2. Pay attention to the high temperature of fire prevention in summer, the temperature of the machine at work is also high, and the ingredients of the feed are mostly combustible organic matter, in order to prevent the high temperature from causing the feed to burn and cause a fire, the summer fire prevention work must be done well, such as feed pellet production line must be far away from the fire source, the produced granular materials must be stored in a cool place, and there should be no objects that can refract and concentrate light, such as bottles filled with water, and fire-fighting equipment should be prepared in case of emergency.

3. Pay attention to clean up the residual material. Every time the feed is processed, there will be more or less residual material inside the machine. In the hot summer, these materials can easily become for molds and other microorganisms growth. If they are not cleaned up in time, When batch materials are processed in the next step, these moldy and degraded materials will contaminate the new materials and affect the quality of the feed. Therefore, after the materials are processed in summer, the residual materials in the machine must be carefully cleaned up, leaving no sanitary corners.
