On the Facebook login screen, tap "Forgot your password?"


Enter your name, username or email address.


Depending on your settings, choose "Verify by Email" or "Verify by Text". Then click "Continue".


Enter the code to reset your password.


Select "Keep me signed in" or "Sign out on other devices" and press "Continue".


Enter your new password and click "Continue". You are now back in your Facebook account.
