For example: “Our new product will help consumers get rid of clutter by removing all their unwanted items from their homes!"

Create an ideal template and get it approved by your content team before sending out the release to journalists.
Designate someone to be responsible for distributing the press release to media outlets—this person should have access to contact information for all of the relevant reporters at each outlet, so they can send out updates when there's new information or changes in their coverage plans.
Make sure that all details are accurate and up-to-date!
