Life Skills for Youth Development

Now my second favorite thing that I do daily is meditation. I used to think it was weird and silly that I had to sit and cross my legs, but that was before I began the practice of yoga about nine years ago. The combination of movement, intention, and breath produces some extraordinary states of consciousness. Physical activity is soothing to your body; the breath calms your mind, and you start to feel great once your nervous system gets involved. WOW! Browse more to know about Life Skills for Youth
