Lights and Shadows by Gustavo Petro winner of the Historic Pact

It was also controversial that he suggested of releasing money to fund the government's expenses.

Petro's proposals include a non-reliant economy, mining and extraction of hydrocarbons, in addition to a more prominent agricultural role.

He also said that he would implement an overhaul of the tax system to remove exemptions and change the minimum wage concept into a real wage based on income and capital.
