Who else is having trouble with belly fat? If you are any such thing like I applied to be... one of many biggest opponents of self esteem, especially as the weather warms up, is stomach fat. My personal favorite way to get moving on a juice fast?

Go to the store, and just buy healthy, organic and nutritious juices which can be NOT from concentrate. Fresh squeezed is best... and while pasteurization is designed to KILL a few of the organic minerals in the fruits and vegetables, I find that's a pretty over-rated issue for a 3 day liquid fast. There are a few models which are actually, actually good...and while I don't need to make any unique recommendations here, carrot liquid is very easy to access any store, and likes pretty good, too! (and is frequently 100% carrots, and maybe not filler, like many of the higher calorie good fresh fruit juices are)
