Samantha Day and Lorraine Clark were close friends who formed their own company in 2019. Derived in part from their admiration for CBD and the battles they had overcome in their lives.

They have turned their passion for CBD into a thriving business, where they sell a multitude of Cannabidiol based items, from oils and drinks, to capsules, patches and topicals. Another shining example of the growing trade in CBD products, and how businesses across the country have sprung up to meet the demand.

However, as well as an exciting opportunity, the venture also plays a vital role in spreading the word about the benefits of CBD. How it can be of aid to those in great pain and facing dire circumstances.

Both Samantha and Lorraine have experienced serious health problems, but come out the other side, and both feel CBD helped them on their way.
Unfortunately, in the past, over a ten year period, Ms Day was afflicted with various conditions, from sleep apnoea and long term fatigue to fibromyalgia and endometriosis, alongside having a hysterectomy. But her life was turned upside down when, five years ago, she was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer.

She underwent an aggressive form of chemotherapy and radiotherapy, and had a lumpectomy performed, before she was eventually declared cancer-free.

Her friend Lorraine also had her own battles where sadly, in 1999, she suffered three miscarriages and a child was stillborn. The trauma understandably saw her spiral into depressive illness, and she took anti-depressants, as well as suffered panic attacks and feelings of dread.

Her medical situation was apparently worsened due to a condition called premenstrual dysphoric disorder, otherwise referred to as PMDD. An intense type of premenstrual syndrome with many devastating symptoms. Ranging from tension, anxiety, irritability, and trouble concentrating, to lacking energy or even experiencing suicidal thoughts.

Fortunately, the two friends battled through their health issues, while developing an admiration for CBD. Samantha was the first to be converted and then Lorraine followed suit.

At the same time, they worked to get their company off the ground. Forged from their passion for CBD and essential oils, having witnessed first-hand how effective they can be. In the end, they brought out their own body care range, alongside other CBD products, setting them off on the road to success.

The two mums, through their drive and determination, have set up their own business; designed to bring CBD to the masses. They have been through a great deal but feel Cannabidiol has helped them on their journey, and they want to pay it forward.
