AutoEntry.com may be a cloud-based service (additional fees apply) that aims to eliminate manual data entry of purchase invoices. It analyzes scanned and digital invoices then enter them into your Sage 50 company via an integration benefit that runs always within the background. Invoices are often captured in summary or with item detail.

Better Key to Workflow Tracking Details

For users of the Workflow Process features in Sage 50 Quantum, the following details (Tracking Status, “Allotted To”, and Tracking Note) are unrestricted columns in the Quotes list and Proposals list.

Redesigned In-Product Messages

Notifications from Sage now show in particular callouts on the side of the program, making them both less intrusive and more smoothly accessed.

Network Installation Now Allows UNC Path

New network installations now allow you to decide on a UNC path rather than a mapped drive letter for your shared data path. Upgrades will preserve the existing mapped drive configuration.

Sage ID – one login to access all of your connected services

Connected services like Remote Data Access, Bank Feeds, or Invoice Payments, will now all be accessed using your Sage ID. Together with your Sage ID, you've got one secure login to all or any of your connected services without the necessity to enter emails and passwords for every individual service.

Sage Drive renamed Remote Data Access

Unique name, exactly suitable access to your business data from anywhere you've got Sage 50cloud installed. With Remote Data Access, you can stay productive, reception, or on-the-go. You can also cooperate with your books with an associate or your CPA.
