Process of Private Limited Company Registration in Mumbai

Application for Name Approval

Applicants must submit two different names and major objectives for the new firm to the MCA for approval, with only one name being authorised. The names offered should ideally be one-of-a-kind and descriptive of the company's business, and they should end with the phrase "Private Limited."

Application for Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
We will use Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) of shareholders and directors to digitally sign the paperwork once the name has been applied. This stage can be bypassed if the directors/shareholders already have DSC.

Final Submission of SPICE+ forms along with MOA and AOA
After the name is approved and DSC is generated, we need to prepare and submit incorporation application in SPICE+ forms along with Memorandum of Association (MOA), Articles of Association (AOA), and AGILE form for final approval.

Get Incorporation Documents
The incorporation certificate usually takes 3-5 days following the final filing. The certificate of incorporation provides confirmation that the business has been established. PAN, TAN, ESIC, EPFO, and a certificate of professional tax registration will all be received at the same time.

Opening of Bank Account
To open a current account and begin business activities, the applicant must submit the Incorporation certificate, MOA, AOA, PAN, TAN, and other needed documents to the bank.
