1. 1/3 c. chicken stock
2. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
4. 1/4 tablespoon red pepper flakes
5. Freshly-ground black pepper and Kosher salt.
6. 8 chicken thighs (about 2 1/4 pounds)
7. 8 cloves garlic, skins removed and smashes

How to prepare
Mix lemon, rosemary, and other spices in a bowl.
Heat a cast-iron kettle over medium heat until hot, 1 to 2 minutes. Season chicken with pepper and salt as well. In the frying pan, now place the chicken skin sides down. Weigh it down with cans and cover it with a small frying pan or skillet on the top of the chicken. Cook until the skins are golden brown and looking crispy, 7 to 9 minutes.
Remove cans and upper skillet. Flip chicken and reduce heat to moderate heat. Now add garlic and cook until the chicken is cooked completely for 2 to 3 minutes. 1. 1 package frozen rosemary garlic
2. 1 sliced zucchini
3. 3 slices chopped bacon
4. 2 (10-oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
5. 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
6. Black pepper and kosher salt
7. 2 tablespoon olive oil
8. 1 1/2 c. shredded Italian five-cheese blend
9. 1 pt. Grape tomatoes
10.1 Chopped Garlic Clove
11.2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
12.1/3 c. Torn fresh basil leaves

How to prepare
Preheat the oven to 475°F. Now in a single layer on a greased baking sheet, bake rosemary garlic oven fries, bacon, and zucchini and stir once, for x15 minutes.
At the same time, season chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, black pepper, and kosher salt. Cook at 1 tbsp. olive oil in a medium frying pan over moderate heat until cooked completely; give 5 to 6 minutes per side chop. Now the next step is to keep potatoes under the baking sheet and cover it with chopped chicken and Italian five-cheese blend. Bake the cheese until it is melted, 3 to 4 minutes are required for this.

Meanwhile, toss together garlic, 1 tbsp. olive oil, grape tomatoes, and balsamic vinegar. Season with black pepper and kosher salt. Spoon tomato mixture and basil over potatoes. Serve immediately.
