Spiritual Awakening is the journey of self-knowledge beyond thinking and book-learning.

It is the understanding that flowers via Insight as the distinction of seeing with the mind, which means that what is seen is viewed through the knowledge of experience, and seeing through the mind, which is the clarity of seeing when the mind is silent.

One way that this has been spoken about by ancient sages is the Mandukya Upanishad that describes what the Om symbol means.

Mandukya means frog and it represents a kind of jump from one level of conscious to another, like the 'jump' from sleeping to waking consciousness.
