Good evening! My friends say that in order to achieve sports forms, it is imperative to adhere to sports nutrition, and only then can everything work out. Is it really so?

I eat whatever I want and just exercise a few times a week. This is enough for me to stay in the form that I like and that my boyfriend likes. This is the main thing.

I don't think sports nutrition is everything. You just need to go to workouts at least three times a week and be sure to take special drinks before training that contribute to the correct process.
