Three uncomfortable symptoms in early pregnancy for expectant mothers

In the early stage of Huaiyuan, I often encounter this or that kind of discomfort, which is completely different from the life before pregnancy. How should I manage it?

Increased vaginal discharge:

Affected by pelvic congestion and the continuous and vigorous secretion of progesterone, after pregnancy, you will feel more or less secretions than usual. Coupled with the hot climate and sweating, symptoms of vulvar itching and burning may sometimes occur. It is best to wear loose cotton clothes and take a shower every day to keep your body clean. It is advisable to take a shower.

If the color of the secretion changes to a yellowish stench, or a white lump with severe itching, you must seek medical treatment and receive local medication.

Frequent urination and urgency:

After pregnancy, the uterus enlarges and oppresses, and the bladder capacity is reduced. You often have to go to the toilet. Do not deliberately avoid drinking or holding your urine because of frequent urination and inconvenience, so as to avoid urinary tract infection. Instead, go to the toilet if you want to. If you don't feel like urinating before going out, you should go to the toilet first. After three months of pregnancy, the uterus rises to the abdominal cavity, and the symptoms of frequent urination will improve.

Flatulence and constipation:

Progesterone affects gastrointestinal motility, and flatulence makes the belly of the postpartum woman particularly large. Avoid eating foods that are prone to flatulence in the early stage of pregnancy, such as eggs, beans, sweet potatoes, etc., and milk should not be excessive. To prevent constipation, you need to develop the habit of defecation regularly every day, eat more high-fiber vegetables and fruits, adequate water and moderate exercise will also help, patients with frequent constipation can be treated with medication.

Use the doppler fetal monitor to view the heartbeat of the fetus in the abdomen, observe the fetus at all times, and pay attention to his growth.
