MALT CANDY LIVE STATION
Malt Candy, also known as Mai Ya Tang, was the crème de la crème of the candies we rushed for at pasar malams. The aunty would wind two wooden chopsticks to get a dollop of glistening sticky sugar. We would pry the two sticks apart to see how long the candy can stretch. It was messy fun!
DING DING CANDY LIVE STATION
Ding Dang Candy (the name is inspired from the sound of metal hammer hitting the sweet) is like rock candy but also chewy! Kinda like eating harden honey combs but less sweet.
