This is a very cool and user-friendly software for video editing. There are a lot of features but they are still really easy to use. I consider myself as a beginner in the video editing world but this software is the first one that I can properly use and get the results that I want in my videos (the other ones that I have tried were much to complicated and I couldnt get my expected results out).. This movie maker is bad. I mean sure, making movies is actually great on that software, but, how in the world am I suppose to make these movies if every file I insert keeps crashing the software, except for one, MPEG-2. I do not recommend this software to anyone until this gets fixed, end of story.. Nice Program. It is very easy for beginners like me. I bought it for Holiday for private videos. My Friends was very surprised. I will Uwe it in Future for more videos.. VEGAS Movie Studio 15 Platinum Steam Edition is a great tool to cut and edit videos in every lenght, quality and for every occasion. A big advantage is the simple structure of the program, because the user interface is very intuitive to use and you don't have to watch much tutorials to use VEGAS Movie Studio adequately. I use the program exclusively private.. The installation didnt work, after the download. I tried everything I could find on internet. Did send an email to Magix, and the replied (in German language) saying that it was a problem of my windows, tried all again, didnt work. Thought maybe the windows in my computer have a problem ( as the developer said) so I tried to install in another computer and . same problem. This seems the software doesnt work. Im very disappointed, because I was with very high expectations to use this program and I couldnt even open it. No recomendo, o programa nem abriu, pois no d para instalar.. Can't recommend. It's very slow, even at the simplest of tasks, like cutting a piece out of a video using the trimmer tool - one would think thats a base task for such a tool. It crashes frequently - during rendering, during editing - it just crashes all the time. Licensing is bugged - just look into discussion forum her on steam. And then it didn't work for me at all for over a month, after a patch. Just don't buy it. Get something else.. I gotta say! This is amazing! I made some videos for practice and i'm pretty sure that i'll be using this everyday!
