You don’t need to do that. Just save the link. Under videos there is a share button. Copy the link and create a desktop shortcut. Anytime you click on that it will play that video. No need to save it. But if you do, use WinX.

You can consider using various video downloader softwares to get the video downloaded to your PC. If you are using a smartphone, you will have TubeMate for downloading YouTube videos to your phone.
