Hi, Calgary is a good choice as it is a cosmopolitan city + Canada's stable economy. Are you planning an international project or a local one? My colleagues and I participated in the development of a local project and from the experience gained, I can advise you to first think well through the concept of your project, then conduct a survey of your target audience and then proceed to active development. Since you already have a website, think about optimization at the local level. Starting a local project is always interesting, but unusual if you are used to working with giant international ones. Local projects require a more in-depth approach and a quality development strategy. Be careful and meticulous and your project will be a success.
