https://www.flyaviapro.com/ Aviapro offers to Pilots, Cabin crew and Aviation Specialists one of the industry’s most advanced and comprehensive training programs and aviation related courses.
MCC Training
Multi Crew Co-operation (MCC) course is the last course you need to take as part of your ATPL training and prepares you for Type Rating training. Our MCC training is integrated into the Type Rating Programs, so completing the MCC with us you get some additional simulator hours, e.g. on A320, ATR42/72 etc. Compared to the MCC on a multi piston engine our MCC is a mini Type Rating on a real airliner. You will feel the real airline transport pilot world. Our MCC course is a perfect airline screening preparation.
Training Location
Theoretical training may be performed either in Aviapro base in Athens, or in one of the collaborating Simulator Centers, upon request. Practical training is performed in one of the collaborating Simulator Training Centers.
Renewals/Revalidations
Our Examiners are experienced in handling all EASA Licenses. We will carry out the LPC in accordance with your needs, whether it is a revalidation or renewal. Revalidations are based upon a proficiency check in accordance with Appendix 9 to Part-FCL on the relevant aircraft type. If a type rating has expired, we will evaluate the required refresher training necessary, as regulated by EASA Part FCL to reach the level of proficiency necessary to safely operate the aircraft. Should refresher training be required, a personalised refresher program will be set up safeguarding not only the quality of training, but also avoiding unnecessary cost for the pilot. The refresher training is concluded by a renewal proficiency check in accordance with Appendix 9 to Part FCL.

Train the Trainer (SFI/TRI)
The teaching and Learning course for SFI/TRIs is naturally in full compliance with EASA requirements. The SFI/TRI course is designed to develop course participants' competencies as instructor with focus on the learning process of teaching and feedback techniques in classroom and simulator. We create a realistic training environment that enables participants to develop their own facilitation skills and we simultaneously take into account pilots with various learning styles and from different cultures and backgrounds. The aim is to provide the best possible conditions for training future instructors on the respective aircraft type. In addition to subject - specific topics and issues relating to knowledge transfer, will be focused on and explained such as teaching, personality, communication, feedback and evaluation.
