Advantages and disadvantages of working freelance and working directly

As you can see from the table, freelancers have the advantage of having a high degree of freedom, and direct employment has the advantage of stabilizing their lives.

Freelancers have a lot of work depending on the contract, so it is difficult to create a situation where you have a fixed income on a regular basis. On the other hand, a fixed amount is paid on the payday that is decided to be direct employment. Also, regarding the improvement of income, freelance depends on the results and ability, and the ability to negotiate with clients is also important. In the case of direct employment, there is an opportunity to raise the salary regularly due to the evaluation system.

As for the work content, if you are a freelancer, you have some freedom of choice, depending on your experience. With direct employment, you often do not have the freedom to choose your own job, and you must take responsibility for the tasks you are given.

Freelancers must also have the opportunity to study on their own in order to learn to improve their skills.

On the other hand, in the case of direct employment, educational opportunities are given by the training system and transfer. On the welfare side, direct employment has social insurance, but freelancers have to make their own contracts.

In terms of social credibility, freelance still tends to be low. But with the growing freelance population, things will change. Credit cards and loans, which were previously difficult for freelance contracts, are gradually becoming less difficult.
