Introduction
30th June 2021 marks the first year since the Launch of TAG Consultancy. We provided you with our first 6 month business update in January and now we would like to share with you the latest 6 months which has been even more exciting for us, where we comment on our continued expansion and improvement in service offering. Below we summarise some of our most significant achievements in the last six months:

Summary of Business update
External audits: We have signed off on a number of financial audits and are now working on various others. The clients we have worked with range from those working in financial services, to crypto funds and other locally based entities.

Company Management: We received our license in February 2021. Since then we have grown our client base under our management, providing Company incorporations, Secretarial and Registered Office services in addition to other administrative services.

Compliance Services: Another significant pillar of the TAG service offering, we have already engaged and completed a number of AML Audits and compliance reviews for entities based in Gibraltar.

Other business services: We continue to actively engage with other locally based entities in Gibraltar, providing a large number of services ranging from accounting and book-keeping, to general advisory and ad-hoc business services.

Additional hires: We have had a new member of staff join our team as an Associate to assist us with the marketing and administrative side of work and are expecting another member of staff to join us next week.

Additionally, we have a Senior Associate joining us in September whom will assist us in the accounting and audit department. This would bring the total team size to 7.

New offices: In March 2021 we moved offices and are now located at Suite 8, block 2, Watergardens. Our previous office at Garrison House was an initial stepping stone and when we saw this new opportunity arise, we agreed we could not miss this chance.

“It has been an absolutely fantastic first year for TAG and we couldn’t have asked for more given the circumstances.

We have great momentum and we will continue to expand and enhance our service offering. We are already analysing the results for July and it appears it will be our best month to date. Business is coming in on all fronts, Accounting and Audit, Company Incorporation and Management, AML and Compliance, as well as on a large number of different ad-hoc pieces of work” said Mark Tewkesbury.

Next steps
TAG Consultancy continues to grow and is now starting to gain a foothold in the market. It has the right team in place to provide its target market; the locals, with a transparent and complete service offering, tailored to their needs.

The next six months will be all about growing our client base and providing a high-quality service offering.
