We'll do is get the file and file around the edge and start on these two and finally of course to put a rubber or steel tip on it but that that feels very nice effective I'm going to show you how to make a Celtic knot braided walking stick in terms of tools you're gonna need a chisel a carving knife and you're going to also need a pen and some Dynamo Walking Cane electrical tape or other colored tape and I also use it a Dremel and if you use a Dremel you're going to need some safety goggles alright so now what we want to do is we want to trace our pattern so I know you're a sort of a braid around here so what I've done is I've got two myself here some electrical tape it doesn't matter what color you use you could use any kind of tape Klee takes probably not great but anything even what masking tape would be better.

So what I did first was I measured what the width of the tape is so it's got my tape here and I measured this and it's about sixteen millimeters so the reason that's important is we'll start somewhere here I'm one of the other things I did too was to get what it because you want to start off this off all gotta go around in 45-degree angles so one way to do it just put a bit of tape there and a marker mark a line and then Monica line here down the other side of the tape so let's move that right across actually so then it was thought of you see that little corner there just put Walking Cane for Women a piece there and then when it sort of comes up to intersect where just like these two lines with me that would emit a 45-degree angle so that's my 45 and what's gonna stick that there for a moment now when I wrap this around.

So I've got to consistently 45 degrees the way up so I've got about this again is I worked at a little formula there that's so the distance between the gap will have to be the spacing because it goes around 45-degree needs to be the width of your tape times 3.5 so mine was 16 millimeters wide so 16 millimeters times 3.5 is 56 millimeters so I can do that from any point I could do it all from here so I'm just going to drop the air 56 millimeters and I'm gonna mark that mark a point you can see that just marked a little little point right there so now what I'm gonna do don't my tight now hold my thumb they pull some tape out now I want it to be sort of loose as I wrap around so I can make sure I get to 45 so I come with thumb back on there and yeah now sort of got it lined up with that dot and I think that was the right one I look two dots there actually let's double check yep that's right one so so yeah they said let it sort of loose and then when you've got it on the line then you can pull it to the top okay around okay and then what I'll do is lost my pen there is now I want to have an imaginary straight line up there so I'm winding up with these dots so when I come up another 56 millimeters.
