Remodeling the Home of the Founders Parkway
The Founders Parkway is one of the most beloved parts of Las Vegas. It is located between Southwestern Las Vegas Boulevard (the Paris Las Vegas Boulevard) and the Las Vegas Strip. But, the stunning scenery you will see is not exclusive to the Strip. The Parkway is a beautiful landscape as well, including a paved walkway with wooden planks leading up to the rock formation referred to as Castle Rock.
One of the interesting aspects of the Founders Parkway's pavers is its comparison to other similar works in Las Vegas. The stone bench is located at the entrance to the parkway, and is situated between two stone pillars. However, the bench is rectangular rather than a traditional circular design like other parks that can be found in Las Vegas. Concrete has been used to create fascinating patterns around the perimeter of this stone bench. Concrete patios can be found in six distinct patterns.
Concrete tabs form two of the concrete pavers that are used in this layout. These concrete tabs are like the common concrete patio you will find in Las Vegas. Concrete used for the Castle Rock section of paving is color-coated to blend with the surrounding landscape. The concrete's coloring is subtle enough not to take away the natural beauty and beauty of the area.
The other three concrete segments in the design are made from large rock forms. Each of these huge rock shapes is colored so that they stand out against the concrete. The concrete section is colored in red to distinguish it from the other concrete sections around the parkway. There are 11 colors for the concrete designs of this project. The designers have designed an Parkway that feels completely different from all other development with the use of so many different hues.
The replacement of concrete sidewalks and ramps at ground level with granite pavers was another major improvement in the development of Castle Rock's part of the Las Vegas Strip. The distinctive pattern of color of these granite pavers blends seamlessly into the surrounding area. In addition to offering a more aesthetic appeal, the granite makes it easier to walk on , and gives your driveway a more slick feeling when it rains.
The Las Vegas Strip has a covered walkway which is another design modification. The walkway covered is designed to help residents avoid falling on the exposed root of the beach lined with trees. The design permits rainwater from the ground to drain into the ocean, helping reduce erosion. The concrete walkway is embedded into the ground and no concrete sealant is needed. Instead the pavers are coated with a special waterproof fabric that is slip resistant and heat resistant.
Castle Rock is a great place to reside. It is a semi-tropical area with mild winters and warm summers. The soil is sandy and is perfect for planting flowers. There are a variety of plants, including evergreens, plants, and desert flowers. The slopes of the land are towards south making it a cooler place for residents.
In addition to providing stunning views of the Strip, the stone picnic area on the eastern end of the driveway provides guests with a space to sit and relax. The stone bench has seating and allows for a break away from the bustle and bustle of the casino floor. The bench is functional and visually appealing because of its stone construction. The stones will bring the outside to life when you relax on the deck, and then eat lunch.
