Creative Graphics shows new flexo plate solutions at IndiaCorr Expo

Creative Graphics is one of the largest flexo prepress trade houses engaged in prepress processing the production of flexo printing plates, digital flexo plates, letterpress, and coating plates. The continuously growing company keeps adding new production locations and the latest technology to keep its commitment to brand owners and packaging converters.

Headquartered in Noida the company has a country-wide presence with six manufacturing units providing the highest quality, and solutions for its clients’ most challenging jobs, and the high level of engagement and service that are essential in achieving excellence in packaging prepress and printing.

In October 2021, Creative Graphics participated in the IndiaCorr Expo, which took place at India Expo Mart in Greater Noida, after the long gap caused by the safety constraints of the pandemic. At the Creative Graphics stand, we met with its managing director Deepanshu Goel. Goel was busy throughout the show with customers and showing them some of the innovations and improvements achieved by mastering the newest technologies.

Goel said that the footfall at the event was surprisingly large and it was “a good crowd.” He added that he was happy to meet the company’s old customers after a long time, especially those who attended the trade show to make the right decisions for their business.

A regular participant in IndiaCorr Expo, Goel spoke about his company’s experience in the pandemic and about the Covid-19 situation, “Every situation gives you some challenges, and the Covid period was a bit challenging for us, but it gave us a new dimension to grow. We started new facilities during the Covid period, knew our clients better, and increased our efficiencies. So, overall it was a good learning experience for us, Covid has taught us so many things.”

Creative Graphics said - ‘We are blessed to be a part of the packaging industry’

“We have come up with a new technology which is premounted plates and is made with the help of new cutting tools from Esko having zero error. At this exhibition, we are displaying high-quality 4-color printing plates, which are prepared for the support of Emba, Bobst, and some Chinese machines.”

Goel was referring to flexo plate requirements brought about by the boom in the last couple of years of flexo print and gluer machines that are increasingly used to print on corrugated boards, and then diecut and folded and glued inline in many cases. These automated machines are used to efficiently and productively make higher quality printed boxes without the problems of fishtailing. They have helped corrugation with print and branding to do well in the pandemic with the boom in eCommerce and its increased use in the quick delivery of meals.

Goel concluded his conversation with a wise message to the packaging industry, “We are very blessed to be a part of the industry. And, the market is growing at a good pace, and we will all of us overcome this problem or setback that has affected us financially as well as emotionally.”
