3. Fenugreek
Fenugreek tea is highly effective when it comes to bad breath problems.

You have to do is boil a teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in a cup of water. Strain this solution and drink this tea once a day until you can get rid of this problem.

4. Cloves

5. Parsley

You can also gargle apple cider vinegar with hot water.

8. Baking Soda
Baking soda is also known as bicarbonate of soda and is another great solution for getting rid of and preventing bad breath. It can help to balance the level of the acid and that contributes to bad breath. It can fight oral bacteria that cause bad breath.

10. Tea

TIPS TO PREVENT BAD BREATH::

- If you wear dentures then remove them in a night and clean them to get rid of the bacterial build-up from food and drink

- Brush after every meal and floss.
