Meet Emily, who works for any not-for-profit organization specializing in music education, and James, who's a software developer. This lovely couple celebrated their marriage on 23 June 2018, in Oxfordshire.

"I wanted an outfit in which I could move, dance, and eat! When I first tried around the slip, I felt comfortable, but elegant and bridal too. I knew it might be perfect for the relaxed summer wedding."

With her beautiful dress, Emily wore a glorious shade of powder blue and crystal drop earrings.

In preserving the 'summer brights' theme, Emily's bridesmaids wore a vivid range of green dresses – some floral print, some with floaty pleats and delightful embellishment. They wore their dresses using their selection of gold and metallic shoes, and fresh flowers in their hair.

"James and I met in June 2011 at a friend's birthday celebration in Camden, through mutual friends. We spent an attractive summer 'courting' before making things official two months later! He proposed on Christmas Day 2016, therefore we were engaged for nearly exactly 1.5 years before getting hitched."

After the ceremony, drinks, ice creams, and lawn games were enjoyed outside (with gypsy jazz), encompassed by incredible summer flowers – in the rambling roses growing and climbing in Caswell's garden, to colorful arrangements by – wondrous assortments of peonies, dahlias, snapdragons and much more (including Emily's lovely bouquet).

"We went for any colorful mixture of summer flowers including garden roses, peonies, sweet peas, stocks, snapdragons, cornflowers, dahlias, and chamomile. For our June wedding, the Caswell House gardens were because of being in full bloom and I wanted to enhance this with much more of the growing season's most breathtaking flowers, outside and inside."



Inside the painstakingly restored medieval barn, long tables were laid for lunch, with white cloths along with a dazzling, technicolor variety of posies, as well as a spectacular garland around the top table.

Emily and James didn't have the first dance, however, when the band played You're All I Need To Get By, this song became a belated ‘first dance' enjoyed by the couple.

"We were hugely entertained through the incredible Mister Kanish, who kept us around the dancefloor until the finish of the night. We booked a silver Airstream trailer photobooth from, that was one of the best decisions we made – our guests were built with a blast posing with all of the different props after which sticking the photos within our guest book."

"There were a lot of magical moments throughout the day, I'm unsure I could choose only one! But there is an incredible pink and gold sunset your evening, therefore we slipped away for a bit to savor it with a few of our guests. But generally, being encompassed by the people that people love probably the most made every moment wonderful."

"We were pleased with how everything went around the day, and can't think about anything that people might do differently."

"Relax! Planning a wedding honestly needn't be stressful. Make lists, get things in position as early as you want, and request help when it's needed. I think there's additionally a lot to become said for keeping things simple."
