On 15 December, you can become well familiar with the tribal cuisines of Goa, like Kunbi and Velip (tribes of Goa). They love seafood items like TisryoCorop (Goan Calm Curry). The name of the culinary event is Unearthing Tribal Cuisines of Goa, curated by PrahladSukhtankar, (who worked with the ultra-luxury Four Seasons group of hotels across North America and Canada).

Chees Makers Journal by MikyleMoloobhai is a cheese workshop. It will provide you the knowledge of making different types of cheese. MikyleMoloobhai, a director of Mama Moo Cheese Pvt Ltd, will acknowledge how mozzarella cheese is prepared. PrahladSukhtankar is the event curator.

The Maka Fry Story is another interesting food workshop that will showcase the versatility of Craft Beer. It is about Goan beer that originated in Goa using the ingredient found in the state.

Cocktail Master Class, as the name suggests, is about making various styles of cocktails. Arjit Bose will make you aware of cocktails made from the Goan Feni. The knowledgeable workshop is an eye-candy treat for cocktail lovers.

A Guide to Indigenous Meitei Cuisine is a workshop on Meitei cuisine derived exclusively from Bengali cuisine. Chef Maia Laifungbam will teach the art of Meitei cuisine.

The 2022 SAF event is about tasty, mouth-watering dishes. Creating the Perfect Bite is a workshop by Chef Aniket Chatterjee, who talks about the art of making a perfect bite using ingredients, the right temperature, and other cooking techniques.

Re-Imagined Goan Cuisine will be the highlight of traditional Goan cuisine. Avinash Martins (a hot new Goa chef) will highlight what ingredients make Goan cuisine so special and different from others.

Along with A Guide to Indigenous Meitei Cuisine, three other cuisine workshops will be held on 18 December at Serendipity Arts Festival 2022.
