Learn How To Fight Fairly by Neal Kwatra - An Honest Review

Neal Kwatra is a martial arts legend and the first black American specialist to earn a six figure salary from the UFC. He is a two-time UFC heavyweight champion and has fought in all five championship matches. In this book he relates the ups and downs of his career and how it influenced him as a individual and a fighter. This book summary will pay for the book's many lessons and advice. In addition, I believe it'd be beneficial to mixed martial artists that are just beginning or want some extra training.

The book starts off with a bang, after fighting for approximately fifteen years at the UFC, Neal gets knocked out cold in his very first game. The knockout makes him lose feeling as though he is a guy, although he is a really large strong man. He then goes on to detail how this fight impacted him as a individual and fighter. This is an excellent little book for any man who has had only 1 loss and is still attempting to discover their place at the octagon.

The next lesson teaches the reader how to fight in the octagon and not in a traditional fashion of boxing in which you're being hit hard and not able to counter. With mixed martial arts fighting you have to understand how to strike and get inside the other person's mind. There are many small methods that will help you do so.

The last couple of chapters concentrate on some critical decisions that a fighter may have to make throughout a struggle. It talks about the way the fighter must wear a helmet, what to pack to the battle, what to expect from the opponent and much more. It's absolutely a useful little research if you have ever thought about researching martial arts. It might especially benefit people who've had a black belt and need to continue on with the instruction.

I liked the book review and found that the message was well delivered and has been relevant to anyone who might struggle with learning how to fight fair Neal Kwatra. It will give you tips to help you be a better fighter and perhaps even set you on your way to being a world class fighter. Obviously, as with any publication there are always difficulties that are brought up so that some people will be better than many others. However, for the most part the methods taught here are very applicable and will stand you in good stead if you ever need it. The book review doesn't do so enough justice because the information covered in this guide is superb.

If you're a student of martial arts or possibly a lover then this book summary is for you. The theories and instructions covered here are really ground breaking. And just like any self sustaining program it will require that you put in the effort to follow the lessons and practice what you've learned. That is certainly true when it comes to learning how to fight fair in the octagon.
