Ironically OSRS GP I don't normally do more than 1 run a moment, but that is because I can not escape from the maze. (This was before I obtained a number of the levels you describe). I know I could do 2 or even 3 runs at a stretch. 70 defence is quite very very useful with blitz to sally, which is one of the best methods(if you don't have access to turm/chaotics etc ). Attack and strength speed up ahrim, however is not necessary and 70 mage is a minimal, 82 is much better.

Notice: I need the exp so I wont change the helmet. I haven't completed the freminik quests . Going to modify the black boots to dragon boots after I get a few additional 100ks. Haven't done fighter insanity. Im trying to become dragon guardian btw... Any advice will be cool.

It actually did lol, I got 20k-30k exp 2 day in str, which is far more than my normal... I never train for substantially over one hour at a strech, as I like making frnds and having fun over abilities. And neit does not work for my as, like I said in 1st post, I have not done the fremmy quests,'' which is a repuirement. I can not afford to keep purchasing degradable armour, so I wana know if its hamper also. And tyvvm for posting.

Very cheap and non degradeable, the only great thing is it has the best prayer bonus but bad defence, I wouldn't reccomend. In practice, def does not mean crap. Str and prayer matter more, therefore Prosy over Guthans Plate. My prayers, if used constantly (only a protect pray), wipes out my beg to 0 at a minuite or 2. I flash protect prayers (on just b4 opp atks, off only after), also with two pray pots, it may last for well over the time that it takes for me to get full inv, or so.

Bad part is, cuz of lag, even this fails from time to time, and get hit. If I do not have great def, the couple seconds of lag wud mean the loss of half my bank lol. If I do switch in my pray continuosly, it would finish by the time I get 2-4 kills. (blue drags) and with pros, id get a few additional seconds, and I rly wudnt have the ability to keep potting pray cuz its expensive buy School RuneScape Gold too... But ty anyways.
