The Central Bank (BC) released this Thursday (20) the updated list of banks with the most complaints received by the municipality, referring to the third quarter of 2022 . The ranking is now led by BTG Pactual/Banco Pan , which at the beginning of the year occupied the third position.

According to the monetary authority, the BC's ranking of complaints takes into account the total number of complaints received during the period, those considered valid and the number of customers of the financial institution. The higher the score, the worse the bank's performance.

Between July and September, BTG Pactual/Banco Pan reached 76.14 points , after receiving 1,559 complaints considered valid, from a universe of 20.4 million account holders. The score showed a considerable increase, noting that the company obtained 68.20 points in the second quarter listing.

Former leader of BC's complaints ranking , C6 Bank dropped to second place, adding 50.78 points after receiving 1,070 complaints, amid 21.3 million customers. Closing the podium is BMG , with 11.5 million users, 46.87 points and 542 complaints in the period.
