Baclofen, also known as Lioresal, is a drug that is used to treat muscle stiffness caused by a spinal cord injury or multiple sclerosis. It relieves muscle rigidity, tension, and stiffness (spasticity) caused by a variety of disorders such as cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, motor neuron disease, or head, brain, or spine damage.
