These missions are comparable to Nightclub missions that English Dave can get in touch with you about, though you are in Freeroam. You can either decline/accept, or you can call Ms. Baker and Request these missions straight. They will, even so, give you both Money and CC upon completion. They do have a greater mission structure than most CEO Perform and Biker Contracts. Since the Hanger can never be attacked I would say horde Air Freight until Rockstar provides one more double/triple money…
