Both equally! It may be complicated not to talk "shop" over evening meal each and every evening; we do struggle to change off. But then we do not get that circumstance in which we just smile and nod at one another's tales of work woes like a lot of partners. Derry is a great enterprise male and his thirst for discovering amazing new new music never wanes. We make a superb staff. I can not picture doing this without having him, or in fact with everyone else.
